However, Apple did introduce a unibody aluminum design and added backlit keyboard to its MacBook features. The backlit keyboard was previously available only on MacBook Pro but it is now also available on MacBook Air. The keyboards are island style, which gives a strong tactile support, and the key placement is user friendly. There is so much information present on Apple’s tech support that users rarely need to call for tech support.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Dell - Dell has improved its design, tech support, and audio features because of this it is the most improved laptop brand in the recent years. In the past year, Dell placed more stress on sleek design for its notebooks and the results are worth appreciation. It might not be wrong to say that Dell’s laptops are improving with time and the brand is continuing to impress its customers with the release of every new design. The keyboard layout is very good and user friendly plus they have a solid tactile support and the keyboards does not suffer from flex.
