Petruccelli L.T.D of North America asks ; What are some of the must haves in a luxury home? (11)

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Tubs are still the jewel of master baths, and the freestanding sculptural vessel of today is as much a work of art as a place to bathe. New options for jetted tubs include sound waves broadcast through the water, effervescent air bubbles similar to champagne, and chromathrerapy. And few amenities have as many bells and whistles — not to mention multiple sprays and shower heads, even fixtures that mimic rainfall — as showers. Electronics take out the everyday guesswork, allowing owners to program their preferred water temps and spray patterns for each bather.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Closets continue to grab more square footage with elaborate systems to organize wardrobes, ample dressing areas and space to pack suitcases. Extras include laundry facilities, flat-screen televisions and cappuccino makers.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Master of It All - Private refuge doesn’t begin to characterize master suites today. A mini-kitchen makes it easy to enjoy morning coffee or a nightcap without stirring too far. Most offer some access outdoors with private balconies and decks but the ultimate might be a private garden with a plunge pool.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America asks; What can you do to prepare for the empty nest? (1)

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says; When a child leaves for college, the military, or just to live on his/her own, it's often difficult for a parent.I knows all too well how hard it can be to send a child to college. We did it with our first child, and have just said goodbye to our younger son, who recently left for college. I admit it's a difficult transition, but a positive experience.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America asks; What are some ways to increase home security? (7)

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Door locks - Have door locks fitted without delay. Normal key in the knob locks, which are fitted to most homes, are a burglars delight. These locks must be backed up with a security lock. Fit a key operated lock (commonly referred to as a patio door bolt) to aluminum sliding doors. Do not rely upon manufacturer fitted locks or catches.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America asks; What things can you do to make your yard more private?(1)

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says; It is becoming that time of year, when we use our yards and outdoor living spaces a lot. We all enjoy our privacy & don't want to hear our neighbors enjoying their out door space either. If you are selling or are currently living in a home that is lacking yard privacy. A more private yard can be achieved by either obscuring the view of the neighbors or by reducing noise from nearby road traffic - can be a huge selling point for a house on the market and a great source of peace for homeowners.
