In the past year, Dell placed more stress on sleek design for its notebooks and the results are worth appreciation. It might not be wrong to say that Dell’s laptops are improving with time and the brand is continuing to impress its customers with the release of every new design. The keyboard layout is very good and user friendly plus they have a solid tactile support and the keyboards does not suffer from flex. In the past three years, Dell has improved its tech support and now does follow-ups on their customer to check that whether the customer is satisfied with the services provided.

However, when you look at some of the Samsung notebooks you will be happy to observe that they all have striking resemblance and look like the products of the same manufacturer. Samsung is providing RV511 with an island-style keyboard without any flex and good key placement. Samsungs enable its customers to choose what type of support they need from a variety of options whether they need services of a human support staff or they require some sort of systematic guide. Samsung first released Chromebook, which is powered by Google Chrome, but the plan did not work out because of restrictive software.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Toshiba - Toshiba needs to improve its support, keyboard and touch but it does not compromise on the value of its products. It might look like that Toshiba is trying too hard to make its notebooks look attractive. Example is the metal design of Satellite E305, which gave it a strong look, but with the addition of textured champagne finish gave it an overall flashy look. Some of the keyboards in Toshiba notebooks are found to be too stiff for comfortable use or the keys are too slippery and flat. Toshibas website is well designed but it might take the user sometime to find out what they are looking for.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Asus - If you talk about the outlook of the notebooks than Asus is known for its sleekest design in laptops however, the company lacks in tech support and needs to focus on it. Flexing keyboards are another issue with Asus laptops. Nevertheless, the company has worked on the appearance of its products so much that some of the reviews say that Asus’s recent products look more attractive than Macbook air. Asus is working hard to improve its tech support by trying to work out ways to improve its phone support and clean up its website’s design.
