If you fix faucets when they first start to leak it usually will cost less to fix, and it will save the shelf underneath the sink for getting damaged. Mold is always a big concern when it comes to any water damage. The last thing anyone wants is hazardous mold growing in your home. Check all of your faucets and the cut off handles to the water under the sinks and behind the toilet for any leaks or damage.

When we have used office items, we ask around to see if anyone may be able to use them for themselves or a family member or organization. Some items may qualify for recycling.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  .  Reuse scrap paper.  Print on two sides, or let your kids color on the back side of used paper. In our office we cut up printed paper & use the unprinted side for scratch paper.

If you decide to take their advice they give you a discount or rebates for things like attic insulation, duct repair, solar water heaters, energy efficient windows, wall insulation upgrades, reflective roofing, just to name a few that are available in our area. The water companies also offer free audits and offer discounts for using reclaimed water for your lawn. They also have rebates for low flow toilets. They are green improvements and you get rebates or discounts for doing them. Nice J
