Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Samsung - Samsung’s reputation is based on providing its customers with striking designs and strong tech support, although the company lacks in offering variety among its products. However, when you look at some of the Samsung notebooks you will be happy to observe that they all have striking resemblance and look like the products of the same manufacturer. Samsung is providing RV511 with an island-style keyboard without any flex and good key placement. Samsungs enable its customers to choose what type of support they need from a variety of options whether they need services of a human support staff or they require some sort of systematic guide. Samsung first released Chromebook, which is powered by Google Chrome, but the plan did not work out because of restrictive software.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Toshiba - Toshiba needs to improve its support, keyboard and touch but it does not compromise on the value of its products. It might look like that Toshiba is trying too hard to make its notebooks look attractive. Example is the metal design of Satellite E305, which gave it a strong look, but with the addition of textured champagne finish gave it an overall flashy look. Some of the keyboards in Toshiba notebooks are found to be too stiff for comfortable use or the keys are too slippery and flat. Toshibas website is well designed but it might take the user sometime to find out what they are looking for.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Asus - If you talk about the outlook of the notebooks than Asus is known for its sleekest design in laptops however, the company lacks in tech support and needs to focus on it. Flexing keyboards are another issue with Asus laptops. Nevertheless, the company has worked on the appearance of its products so much that some of the reviews say that Asus’s recent products look more attractive than Macbook air. Asus is working hard to improve its tech support by trying to work out ways to improve its phone support and clean up its website’s design.

Acer recently experimented with laptops when they manufactured TimelineX 5830T and 3830T with brushed aluminum lids in bold blue colors. However, Acer machines are not known for making a statement. Acer uses island style keyboards, which is user friendly and most of the designs have well placed keys. Touchpads of different notebooks vary a lot in style. Acer has been trying to increase its tech support since the past year making user accounts, face chats with the customers and replying to email queries of the customers. There are many options to choose from if you are buying an Acer laptop but you cannot order to build a device for you.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Counting down starting with the 10^th – Fujitsu - Fujitsu is currently offering a variety of quality notebooks. The laptops manufactured by Fujitsu are usually sleek, have a sterling build quality and stylish designs. The keyboards are usually of good quality but start giving squeaky sounds after a while and suffer from flex. Tech support needs improvement and website should be redesigned in a user friendly way. Fujitsu offers a wide variety in laptops varying in sizes and designs. Fujitsu needs to do improvement in justifying the quality that comes with the standing of its product.
