America says; Toshiba - Toshiba needs to improve its support, keyboard and touch but
it does not compromise on the value of its products. It might look like that
Toshiba is trying too hard to make its notebooks look attractive. Example is
the metal design of Satellite E305, which gave it a strong look, but with the
addition of textured champagne finish gave it an overall flashy look. Some of
the keyboards in Toshiba notebooks are found to be too stiff for comfortable
use or the keys are too slippery and flat. Toshibas website is well
designed but it might take the user sometime to find out what they are looking
for.
