Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  These top ten were count down from the least to the best. Starting with Fujitsu as 10^th place to Apple as 1^st place. As with all things in technology & electronics what’s hot today may not be tomorrow, that is the ever changing world of technology. This information comes from a survey that was taken in mid June, 2012.

We all use our devices for different purposes. An apple was considered to be great for art but laptops have come a long way since then. Most computers are on a more equal playing field now. Better graphics, dual & quad processors. Each computer has its pitfalls & assets. Out of these top 10 no matter what you do for a living or for fun these laptops have it all.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Apple – Apple is the top notebook brand because of its smart software, unique business designs, better displays and tremendous tech support, Apple kept the basic designs of 11-inch and 13-inch MacBook Airs from the previous year and this must be based on the logic that they are too good to be changed or improved. However, Apple did introduce a unibody aluminum design and added backlit keyboard to its MacBook features. The backlit keyboard was previously available only on MacBook Pro but it is now also available on MacBook Air. The keyboards are island style, which gives a strong tactile support, and the key placement is user friendly. There is so much information present on Apple’s tech support that users rarely need to call for tech support.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Lenovo - Brilliant assemble quality and competent tech support make Lenovo one of the best notebook brands. Lenovo’s has very sleek and stylish all-metal designs but they had sharp edges, lacked backlit slots, and SD card slots. The cool thing about manufacturing style of Lenovo is their distinguishing between consumer and business style laptops. Timesaving pointing sticks, accurate touchpads and finest keyboards are some of the features of notebooks designed by Lenovo for the business market. While the Consumer-focused line uses Accutype keyboards in which the keys are smile-shaped, which although do not give best feedback but offers good spacing. Lenovo has constantly presented solid tech support. Lenovo currently is trying to bridge the gap between laptop and tablet.

Notebooks manufactured by HP are known for brilliant multimedia presentation and professional designs. You will be revealed to know that you ll can always depend on HP’s HP’s keyboards because of their problem free nature. You will find a wide variety in keyboards style but will observe that they offer good feedback and are flex-free. However, on systems there are complaints of jerkiness and stiffness. HP has taken huge steps for improving its tech support and has introduced internal search engine on its website. In addition, HP notebooks have an offline Support System.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Dell - Dell has improved its design, tech support, and audio features because of this it is the most improved laptop brand in the recent years. In the past year, Dell placed more stress on sleek design for its notebooks and the results are worth appreciation. It might not be wrong to say that Dell’s laptops are improving with time and the brand is continuing to impress its customers with the release of every new design. The keyboard layout is very good and user friendly plus they have a solid tactile support and the keyboards does not suffer from flex. In the past three years, Dell has improved its tech support and now does follow-ups on their customer to check that whether the customer is satisfied with the services provided.

Petruccelli L.T.D of North America says;  Sony - It offers first-class support and some exclusive features, but in particular, Sony needs to do a better job to justify the quality that comes with the reputation of its brand. You will be thrilled to see that Sony offers multiple color options on its notebooks. Sony in the past year fell behind the other brands in providing new designs however, this year they are working their way back into the race with the introduction of new innovative designs. Sony’s keyboards always have a very attractive design but they do not offer a solid feedback, and suffer from flex and the keys start to give squeaky sounds after sometime. Sony has a very up to date tech support system and their phone representatives would go an extra mile to solve your problem.
